Inscription on hoist: "Presented by Ports. Chapter no. 30. U.D.C. to Crater Bivouac no. 1 Nov. 3rd 1903, Lt. Col. W. H. Stewart Chief."
Stars: Thirteen white, 5-pointed.
Border: One canvas edge with inscripton.
Attachment: Eyelets.
