Description Miniature center table; part of set of carved wooden doll furniture, consisting of center table (c) and two side chairs (a-b). The table has an oval top with a modified pillar and scroll type base set on a quatrofoil on scroll legs.

Provenance The doll furniture was made by Private James W. Jenkins, Company E, 1st Maryland Cavalry, while imprisoned at Point Lookout, Maryland. The family history records that Jenkins made one set of furniture but had to make another set for the Union Guards in order to be allowed to send one set home.
