"Watch that belonged to the Princess Charlotte given Miss Winnie Davis."
Miss. No. 10-A "Watch given by Princess Charlotte of England to the 'Daughter of the Confederacy'."
According to the donor (Mrs. Varina Davis), Princess Charlotte of England gave this pendant watch to Winnie Davis when she was in England. However, it is believed that the Princess Charlotte in question was from Prussia, not England.
