Description Uniform Frock coat: double breasted, 7 buttons in each row, brown (faded from gray) wool and cotton cloth with no facings, red wool piping on cuffs, blue and white checked cotton homespun lining in body, green wool and silk lining in sleeves, no collar insignia, single gold sleeve braid in simple loop design, Federal Staff buttons with backmarks, "EXTRA / QUALITY" and "SUPERIOR / QUALITY."
