Description Uniform frock coat: double breasted, 7 buttons in each row, gray wool broadcloth with royal blue wool broadcloth facings and piping, linear gray wool and silk lining inbody, white cotton sheeting lining in sleeves, silver embroidered colonel's collar insignia, gold sleeve braid on a royal blue background, and Old English script "I" buttons with backmarks: "ISAACS & CAMPBELL & CO. / 71 JERMYN ST. LONDON" and "TREBLE RICH / STAND'D."
