Description General officer's kepi of dark blue wool; "CSA" within wreath embroidered in gold thread on front of cown; four strands of gold braid around base of crown above band and on front, back, and sides of crown; gold braid quatrefoil on crown top; black leather visor. Brown leather sweatband. Original lining is maroon, gold embossed on interior flat portion, "Rouart / Rue Richelieu / 86".
