Provenance A watch pocket made by Rebecca Warren from the wool of her family's sheep, woven and spun at home on the Warren plantation and dyed by bark of trees. The lining is a plaid pattern designed by Rebecca Warren. The pocket was used all during the war by Caleb Warren. His father rode horseback for several days and finally reached the enemy's lines and managed to pass, and gave the watch to his son, Caleb. The watch had been in the family for some time. Caleb Warren was a member of the 3rd Arkansas Infantry.
