Description Pattern: Postwar Third National flag; wool, cotton, canvas. "40" stenciled in blue and "Pickett Camp CV/1888" written in brown ink on reverse of hoist edge.
Stars: Thirteen white cotton, center star is larger than other 12; 5-pointed.
Border: 2 inches white canvas on hoist edge.
