Description The single cotton card is made of poplar and painted cotton tape, with iron and leather. The unfinished rectangular wood plate has a five-inch unfinished poplar handle, dadoed and tacked to a plate at the mid-point of one long side. The underside of the plate is covered with an iron filament studded leather panel that has been tacked to the wooden plate using a quarter-inch black painted cotton tape along the outer edge.
