Description One of eight (8) badges, associated with Mardi Gras. The badge is stamped gold-tone metal with synthetic diamonds and emeralds. A red, yellow, and green grosgrain ribbon attaches the pin to its crown-shaped center portion. The center portion is a gold and red crown with diamonds and an emerald. The lower portion is a Maltese cross decorated with silver rays; embossed in the center is "REX N. O. 1875" surrounded by diamonds.
