Description COMMEMORATIVE RIBBON : The commemorative ribbon is a length of white satin with a straight edged bottom. Markings on the ribbon read from top to bottom as follows: "REUNION" (in red) / clasped hands (in dark blue) / crossed Confederate First, National, and Army of Northern Virginia pattern flags in red, white, and blue with a shield in center, containing a picture of Fort Sumter / "of the / UNITED / CONFEDERATE / VETERANS / May 10-13 / 1899 / CHARLESTON / S. C." (all in red).
