Description Doll's hat, or miniature hat, consisting of braided palmetto straw in round shape, flat crown, no brim, with an outward facing section of braids along the top of the crown. A faded red and blue silk ribbon is sewn as a decoration on one side. Black velvet band trimming the bottom edge. Silk adjustable liner in the crown. Elastic band, once used to secure the hat under the chin of a doll, is now no longer attached on one side, and hangs like an elastic string from the single remaining point of attachment. The sticker adhered inside the crown says "OE(or 2) 51- / 11-19".
