F, 33rd Virginia Infantry on charge of desertion; Private Tilman Sandy, Co. B, 2nd Virginia Infantry on charge of desertion; Private John Sandy, Co. B, 2nd Virginia Infantry on charge of desertion; Private Thomas I. Shaver, Co. F, 27th Virginia Infantry on charge of desertion; and Private Laurence McNamara, Co. H, 27th Virginia Infantry on charges of willful disobedience of orders and highly insubordinate conduct. By command of Maj[or] Gen[era]l T[homas] J[onathan] Jackson. Signed, "E. F.
