A., [Richmond, Virginia] - Recommends Colonel Bradley T. Johnson for promotion to Brigadier General and be placed in command of William B. Taliaferro's Brigade. Signed, "T. J. Jackson" Lieutenant General. 2 pp. A number label "70" is attached to page 1. Stamps: 2nd page, rectuangular red ink > "Record & Pension Office / 1900 / War Department / May 2 / 603162."
