Also contains General Orders, No. [--], Head Quarters Department of Western Virginia, Charleston, V[irgini]a, September 14, 1862 - congratulates the army on its quick march from the Southwest to Charleston and victories at Fayette C[ourt] H[ouse], Cotton Hill, and Charleston, [Virginia].
