Trazier, 16th Arkansas; Lieutenant Colonel Julius Camillus Poliganae announced on the staff of the Commander of Forces and assigned to duty in Military inspections; General Orders No. 19 , have been issue3d under misapprehensi8on of the facts of the case, are revoked and Major H. C. King is accepted and honorably discharged;
