Physical Appearance: March 7, 1863 - P. M. Stockton, at C[onfederate] S[tates] Arsenal, Jackson, Miss[issippi], to Lieut[enant] Morrison, A[id] d[e] C[amp] - Responding to Mr. Pierson's communication, Stockton accepts all the wrought iron at 10 cents per pounds.
