Physical Appearance: February 4, 1863 - Letter from Thomas Jonathan Jackson at Caroline County, Virginia, to Colonel Bradley T. Johnson - Encloses a copy of letter dated same submitted to General Samuel Cooper, recommending Johnson for promotion. Signed "T. J. Jackson" 1 page. A number label "73" is attached near the upper left corner. Stamps: on reverse, red rectangular > "Record & Pension Office / 1900 / War Department / May 2 / 603162." Marks: on reverse > "No. 11" - "No. 3" - "8." A photocopy is available in the CML Jackson Box.
