A.] - Describes his travels from Alabama into Texas and some of his activities while in the Republic of Texas. Informs her of his plans to travel to Nacogdoches, Nachutoches, and Natchez. Mentions the French fleet arriving. Signed, "Leonidas Polk" 3 'legal-size' pp; 1 sheet folded.
