M. - T[homas] J[onathan] Jackson, near 6 miles west [of] Chancellorsville, [Virginia], to General Robert E[dward] Lee - Advises that the enemy has taken a stand about 2 miles from Chancellors and that he hopes to attack "as soon as practicable."
