Lee at Camp in Orange County, Virginia to General Robert Hall Chilton, Chief of Staff, Army of Northern Virginia - Lee expresses his disappointment that Chilton has been assigned to duty in Richmond with Samuel Cooper but wishes him success and happiness. Two pages, signed by Lee.
