a) May 12, 1899 - Ellison Capers, at Bishop's Residence, Columbia, [South Carolina], to Mrs. N[athan] G[eorge] Evans (Mary Evans), Edgefield, S[outh] C[arolina] - Returns the above report after borrowing it. Apologizes for the delay in sending it back. Signed "Ellison Capers" 1 page.
