M. - T[homas] J[onathan] Jackson, to Brig[adier] Gen[era]l Lawrence O'B[rien] Branch - Advises Branch on how to best fortify his position to repel enemy attack. Signed, "T. J. Jackson" Major General. The communication is glued to a thick paperboard. A typed transcript of the communication is glued to the reverse of that paperboard. The writing on the note is faint, but still legible.
